Corrupted Files

Every time I download a video from a website it is corrupted. It never turns into a full file. The .temp file never goes away. I end up with a .temp and .flv file. It doesn't combine. Any way to fix this?

Does the problem happen to all videos or just one video you referred to?

I can't remember the video link, but it happens with all videos. I've tried divx videos, youtube videos, everything, and it still does it.
